The American Nuclear Society’s University of Tennessee student chapter is excited to host the 2023 ANS Student Conference on campus next spring. The conference hosts look forward to displaying the wealth of nuclear industry in the Knoxville area and the beautiful University of Tennessee campus.
The event will be held April 13-15, 2023 at and around the University of Tennessee, and these three days will be filled with student research presentations, technical workshops, panels featuring pioneers in the nuclear industry, networking and career development opportunities, and more. Students will have the opportunity to attend engaging tours at local facilities such as Oak Ridge National Laboratory and Y-12 National Security Complex. Attendees will get to network with hundreds of their peers during the day and into the evening at dinners and social events at venues such as the Knoxville Zoo, the Foundry at the World’s Fair Park site, and the Zeanah Engineering Complex.
