Professor Maik Lang and Research Assistant Professor Eric O’Quinn co-authored a paper in Applied Physics Reviews that was recently chosen as a “featured article.”
The paper was an extensive review on pyrochlore-type lanthanide titanates and zirconates. It highlights more than 60 years of research into pyrochlore, which is an important structure, not only for nuclear applications, but also for many energy technologies. The paper is more than 40 pages long and features more than 550 references.
Applied Physics Review is part of the American Institute of Physics (AIP) Publishing, a not-for-profit subsidiary of the AIP with a mission to advance, promote, and serve the physical sciences for the benefit of humanity by empowering researchers and breaking down barriers to open, equitable research communication.
