Physics Professor Jacob Shamblin published a high-impact journal article as a first author in Nature Communications. He did this work when he was a student in UT’s Department of Nuclear Engineering along with 4 other UT professors: Maik Lang, nuclear engineering assistant professor; Max Heres, a chemical and biomolecular engineering graduate student; Haidong Zhou, physics assistant professor; Joshua Sangoro, chemical and biomolecular engineering assistant professor.
Joerg Neuefeind, instrument scientist for ORNL‘s Chemical and Engineering Materials Division, and J.A. Alonso, senior scientist at Instituto de Ciencia de Materiales de Madrid, were also a part of this team.
